EIT demo day in Munich

Elaniti CTO, Utkarsh Vaidya, was on the road for 2 events in Munich - the EIT demo day and DLD, where he talked to the audience about the importance of biodiversity in our agricultural soils.

There is said to be as much as 10 billion microorganisms in a healthy teaspoon of soil, yet relatively little is understood about these microscopic lifeforms.

Bringing a diverse array of microorganisms back into our agricultural soils, working in harmony with nature as opposed to against it, will be a huge step forward in our transition to regenerative agriculture.
