Elaniti have been awarded €20,000 from EIT Food, co-funded by the European Union.
Supported by the EU, EIT invest in projects, organisations and individuals that share the common goals of forging a healthy and sustainable food system.
Their innovation projects are delivered with a combination of industry, education and research partners to improve environmental and health outcomes by developing solutions that align with their three missions of:
Healthier lives through food
Reducing risk for a fair and resilient food system
Net zero food system
This award, received at the Next Bite event in Rome, will further enable Elaniti’s R&D roadmap to unlock the secrets of the soil microbiome.
